Shopping Malls Pattaya

Royal Garden Plaza

Royal Garden Plaza is a stylish, modern shopping mall, located between Beach Road and 2nd Road in Central Pattaya, close to Walking Street, with entrances from both - the most impressive entrance being on the 2nd Road under the airplane that is half hanging out of the building, which belongs to Ripley's Believe It or Not museum.  Being directly on the beach this Mall is in a great location and offers tourists a welcome relief from the hot sun, being air-conditioned throughout and offers great shopping in Pattaya.

This shopping mall offers a large range of shops and stalls over it's four floors, from high end international retailers to local retailers, you can expect to find what you need here and there are plenty of shops to browse.  There are a good range of restaurants and coffee shops, with a stylish food court and a choice of international cuisines; there is even an outdoor balcony with great views over Pattaya Bay.

Being the original entertainment mall in Pattaya Royal Festival Plaza is home to some fantastic family activities to enjoy, with seven attractions by Ripley's to enjoy.  Not only is there Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum - a fascinating museum displaying some weird and wonderful things of the world, but you can also find Louis Tussaud's Wax Works museum with life like waxworks of the famous; an Infinity Maze; the Vault Laser Maze challenge; a 12D moving theater; a Haunted Adventure and Scream in the Dark for the brave.  With various packages available on these attractions it's possible to enjoy several or all on offer at more reasonable prices than purchasing tickets individually (up to 50% off).

Mike Shopping Mall


Mike Shopping Mall is a five floor shopping mall with a market vibe located between Beach Road and 2nd Road (accessed from either side), close to Walking Street in Central Pattaya.  This mall is great for the cheap prices and offers a welcome reprieve from the hot sun outside, with it's powerful air-conditioning.

Here you can find a range of goods, from clothes, swim wear and accessories to souvenirs, technology and home furnishings. There is stall after stall offering their wares, and it is acceptable here to haggle on prices, offering you the chance to pick up some great bargains. On the top floor there is a food court serving some tasty, good value food and drink.

Avenue Shopping Mall

Avenue Shopping Mall Pattaya is an open-air mall built around a lovely water fountain, incorporating great shopping in the form of factory outlet stores, with restaurants and entertainment, located on 2nd Road in Central Pattaya.

Here you can find a range of goods, including clothing, branded sports goods, designer sunglasses, and a range of international products in the high-end supermarket (Villa Market).  As the stores are 'factory outlets' it's possible to find some great bargains, with up to 70% off recommended retail prices.

With a range of restaurants and bars here you can enjoy international cuisines for reasonable prices. 

In addition the mall also provides family entertainment for you to enjoy, with a bowling alley and an eight-screen cinema complex on the top floor.  The mall also focuses on evening entertainment, with a number of bars and karaoke booths; and the bowling alley lights up at night and turns up the music!

Every evening from 6pm-11pm a fashion market sets up in front of the mall, where you can haggle your way to a fashionable bargain!

Factory Outlet Mall

The Factory Outlet Mall is located on Thepprasit Road, on the corner of Sukhumvit Road, Jomtien, close to Thepprasit Night Market.  Being the first of its kind in Thailand it offers large discounts on high street fashion, with up to 70% off original prices, and is split into two sections: the Outlet Mall and the Premium Fashion Mall.

The Outlet Mall, a two-storey shopping mall, offers bargains on selected international brands along with Thai high street brands and non-labeled clothing and swim/beach wear.  There is also an area of market stalls offering a huge selection of clothing where you can find some great prices, and a few restaurants.  Although not as big as other malls in Pattaya, you can find some bigger savings here!

The Premium Fashion Mall is an outdoor area, featuring international brands offering great discounts on items such as sportswear, sports goods and fashion accessories.  Here you can find items at up to 50% off their original prices.  This mall is very popular for golf enthusiasts as it offers a large outlet shop selling golfing equipment at reasonable prices.

Harbour Mall / TukCom

Harbor Mall Pattaya is a modern shopping and family entertainment complex housing the city's first ice ink, and indoor climbing wall, a trampoline park, a large gaming arcade, and the largest indoor playground in Southeast Asia.   The mall is located on Pattaya Central Road, close to Sukhumvit Road, on Pattaya Central Road.

The mall is built around TukCom - an IT mall brand, who also have an outlet on South Road in Central Pattaya, and stock a huge range of electronics, including mobile phones, gaming consoles, laptops and computing accessories.  Here there are also high-end fashion, fitness and lifestyle outlets and provides something for everyone.

Mimosa Pattaya

Mimosa Pattaya, located on the Sukhumvit Road, combines shopping with a cultural attraction and a fun day out for the family. This attraction is bright and colorful, being a re-creation of the French city of Colmar.  Here you will find over 300 shops, restaurants and attractions, linked by quaint pathways and canals; with the shops selling a range of clothing, jewelry, accessories, toys, souvenirs and hand made Thai crafts.

There is an entry fee (600 baht), however there is more than just shopping here, with plenty of attractions to entertain all of the family.  You can find a petting zoo, a 6D movie theater and Funland Amusement Park (for an additional fee).

You can find a large variety of international and local cuisine here in the food court and the many independent restaurants and bars.

Mimosa Pattaya is also home to the famous and popular Tiffany Show, a cabaret show featuring glamorous lady-boys.  You will see the performers around the grounds posing for photographs with tourists when they aren't performing.
